Through employee participation, these funds offer two meaningful ways to give back: Takeuchi Gives, which supports charitable efforts in our communities, and Takeuchi Cares, a fund designed to help fellow teammates facing unexpected hardship.
Takeuchi Gives empowers employees to extend the spirit of generosity beyond our workplace by supporting community causes and nonprofit organizations.
Takeuchi Cares allows us to support one another during life’s most difficult moments. This employee-supported fund provides limited financial assistance for essential expenses when a teammate experiences a temporary hardship caused by an unforeseen emergency—such as disaster recovery or the loss of a loved one.
All contributions are tax-deductible, and for the first 12 months Takeuchi Home Office will match employee donations 100%, doubling the impact of every gift. Employees can choose to participate by signing up and contributing to one or both programs.
