Hotel Information

We have reserved a block of rooms at the AC Hotel Spartanburg (225 W Main St, Spartanburg SC 29306) which is across the street from the brewery.  If you would like to book a room at the AC Hotel Spartanburg, Takeuchi will pay for a portion of your room.  The total cost of the room, including all fees and taxes is $225.31 plus $10 parking fee if you have a car in their lot overnight. 

Reservations must be made by Friday, January 9th.  The booking link shown below will expire after this date.  Please note, you are booking a room directly with the hotel.  Therefore, you will be required to enter your credit card information, and you will be charged $225.31 if you do not have a car or $235.31 if you have a car.  

If you attend the entire event and utilize the room, you can submit a copy of your hotel receipt to Angy Lamb ([email protected]), and you will be reimbursed 50%.  The 50% reimbursement will be processed through the Paycom payroll system and payment made on the January 30th paycheck.  In order to receive your reimbursement on the January 30th paycheck, hotel receipts must be submitted to Angy Lamb no later than noon on Tuesday, January 27th.  Receipts submitted after January 27th will not be reimbursed until the next payroll period on February 13th.

 Employees are responsible for making any cancellations should your plans change!  To cancel your event registration, contact Angy Lamb.  To cancel a hotel reservation, you must contact the AC Hotel at least 48 hours prior to the event.  If you do not cancel your hotel reservation within 48 hours of the event, or if you fail to show up without cancelling, your card will be charged for one night’s stay.  Takeuchi will not reimburse any portion of rooms for employees that do not attend the kick-off meeting or any rooms that are not utilized due to no shows.
